Party time is 2 hours
First 15 minutes: children can design a card for the birthday child while waiting for all guests to arrive
Next hour and 20 minutes: art teacher leads children through project
Last 25 minutes: refreshments and singing
Cost: $36 for each person
Due to length of party, this level is for children turning 8 and older
