WALK-IN PROJECTS 
We price by the project plus a $3/hr studio fee, charged in 30 minute increments. If you do not finish your project we will gladly store it for you for up to 3 months. Projects left longer than 3 months will be disposed of. A $3/hr studio fee will be charged whenever you come back to work on your project.

 

 

 

 

 

CLASSES

Registration: Because we have enrollment minimums for our classes, registration/payment must be received before attending a class. We can process credit card transactions online, over the phone, or in the studio. We do not recommend dropping in for a class without first calling to confirm the class has met its minimum.
 
Class Minimums: All classes are subject to student minimums which are determined by the individual instructors. Refer to the class listings for details. If a class does not meet its minimum 24 hours before the class it will be canceled.

Cancelations and Refunds: If a class that you are registered for is canceled, you will be notified the day before and offered a full refund. If you need to cancel you must do so at least 24 hours in advance, to receive a 50% store credit. If you miss or do not show up for a class there are no make-ups or refunds.

 

 

CAMPS 
Payment: Payment is due at the time of registration. You can register online, over the phone or in the studio.

Late Registration Policy: There is a $25 late registration fee for any camp registration received within 24 hours of the camp session.

Cancelation policy: You can cancel any camp registration without penalty prior to May 1stIf you cancel your camp registration at least 7 days prior to the start of the session, your payment will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Cancelations received within 7 days of the session are not eligible for a refund.


KIDS' PARTIES
Preschoolers: Our parties are designed for kids age 5 and older. We will occasionally plan a party for a younger child, but it is on a case by case basis. There is an additional $25 fee for parties for children under the age of 5 which covers additional staff.

Party Duration: Parties are 1.5 hours long. This includes approximately 1 hour for the activity and 20-30 minutes for cake and presents. If your party runs over the allotted time, you will be charged a prorated fee of $25 per hour.

Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to hold your reservation. Final headcount and party balance are due 48 hours before the party. Guests added after final count will incur $2 per person additional fee.

Cancelation policy: Parties canceled within two weeks of scheduled date will forfeit deposit.

After Hour Parties: Party  are scheduled on Saturdays 10:30AM - 12:00PM, 1:00PM - 2:30PM, or 3:30PM - 5:00PM; Sundays 11:30AM-1:00PM, 2:00-3:30PM; or weekdays during walk-in hours. To schedule a party for a time we are not scheduled to be open please call: (512) 695-1694. 


 

ADULT PARTIES

Party Duration:  If your party runs over the allotted time, you will be charged $25 for an additional hour

Deposit
A $50 deposit is required to hold your reservation. Final head count and party balance are due 48 hours before the party. Guests added after final count will incur a $2 per person additional fee.

Cancelation policy: 
Parties canceled within one week of scheduled date will forfeit deposit.
